Our Statement of Faith

 This list of statements are irrefutable ordinances for our ministry. We desire that all of our coaches, athletes, and families share the same belief.

 What We Believe & Teach

We consider the truths below to be fundamental to understanding our relationship to the One & Only True & Living God.

The One True God
The One True God is the eternally self-existent "I AM," the Creator of the universe. He has further revealed Himself as The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (The Trinity) God has given us a free gift of salvation, but we must accept it. The only way we can accept that gift is by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer for forgiveness can any one be saved from sin's penalty.

Jesus Christ
Jesus is 100% divine (Son of God), while simultaneously being 100% human (Son of Man). He is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus is the Living God in human form. While on earth, He lived a perfectly sinless life and became the perfect sacrifice for the past, present, and future sins of all mankind through His death on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate his power over sin and death. Jesus was resurrected from the dead, appeared in His resurrected form before many witnesses, and ascended to heaven. He lives eternally and now makes intercession for us at the right hand of God the Father. As we turn away from our sins and follow the Savior instead, we can find forgiveness and healing.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and Son. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians, we seek to live under his control daily.

The Bible
We believe all Scripture within the Bible is verbally inspired by God. Written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is God’s Word to us.

Faith
Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into their life by faith. Having Faith is based on the hearing (spiritual understanding) of God's Word. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Christians are saved through faith, justified by faith, shall live by faith, and overcome the world by faith. We believe that the souls of every human being was created to live forever. God gives us a choice to choose to follow Him or not to. Hell is eternal separation from God. Heaven is eternal union with God.
